Our focus is to offer 3 subsidiaries:
1) Avanza Employment Agency
The Career Development Program
The Program is a 8 week, intensive curriculum that prepare individuals for an entry-level position as support staff. The Program consists of a structured learning environment that takes several unique approaches to train participants.
The ultimate goal of The Career Development Program is to feature classroom instruction in an office-like setting where participants receive individualized hands-on training. This environment gives participants the “feel” of being employed, a key component to helping them insure a seamless transition into a professional workplace.
2) Yessica Group: Business Development Center
For those who are planning to start their own business, our goal is guiding them to:
• Write a business plan.
• Register their business.
• Obtain licenses (if applicable).
• Write a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Write a marketing plan.
• Raise capital for operating expenses
3) Enterprise Center-Entrepreneur Development Entrepreneurs are individuals who start their own business.
This business can be anything from a new restaurant to an online crafts shop. Saved Hands' collaboration with several organizations will provide quality training and hands-on experience for individuals. This intense program's time frame will be 3-6 months depending on the complexity of the training. Overall, Saved Hands Foundation will offer internship opportunities. We will connect all of our clients with internship opportunities where they can have practical work experience and the opportunity to meet potential employers.
Clients who have graduated from our Career Development Program will also be eligible to enroll in the Enterprise and Yessica Group.
Fees may apply and are based upon clients proven ability to pay.
